Give ART a call at 616.243.0125 or toll-free at 800.323.2129. When you need to make transfers or get account information, you don’t want to wait for “normal business hours.” You want the control of 24-hour account access with ART, Option 1’s audio (phone) teller.
ART is open for business 24-hours a day, seven days a week and there is absolutely no charge for this service. If you currently have a Option 1 account, you can sign up for ART right now.

Use ART to:

• Balance your checkbook
• Obtain current account balances
• Transfer funds within your own account
• Transfer funds to a separate Option 1 account (for example, make a transfer from your checking account to your child’s savings account)
• Verify electronic deposit and payroll deposit amounts and dates
• Have funds mailed to your home
• Make loan payments by transferring funds from savings or checking
• Request a loan advance from your line of credit

ART is one service you will not want to be without! To get your ART PIN, simply call Option 1 at 616-243-0125 or 800-323-2129 and press 2 for ART. Enter your account number when prompted. ART will then ask you to choose a 4-digit PIN. After entering your PIN, ART will prompt you to enter your full Social Security # to verify security. Your SS# will not be stored in the ART system - it will strictly be used to verify your identity.
